Today, Friday, May 25, 2012 …. my friend who was also my brothers really good friend whom he grew up with, got his life taken away from him. Shot in his own home by his ‘friend’/roommate. Corey was amazing, hilarious, cute, such a sweetheart and so much more. I’v known him since i was about 4. That’s 13 years. He was someone that could make you smile even if he couldn’t himself. A good kid that got involved with the wrong crowd. He didn’t deserve this. I remember years ago, i had the biggest crush on him:3 Obviously i never told him, for one; he’s 3 years older than me and i was in like 6th grade, plus he was my brothers friend… off limits. AND he called me his little sister once(: odd, but cute.
-I use to constantly hang out with him & my bother .
-On Halloween, my friend ditched me for a few hours, so Corey said it’d be fun for me to go with him, my brother, and their friends.(:
-He broke my devils stick thingy and put his arm around me and gave me a ‘noogie’ and insisted it was ohk that he broke part of my costume lolol.
-Years later, after he and my brother graduated, i saw him less and less.
-Last summer we started talking, we made plans to chill. he gave me his number, and i saw him a few times recently.
There’s way more to say then this, but i’m all numb at the moment. Rest easy Corey, you’ll find some good things to do up there. You’ll live it up, i know it(: Say hi to Carleigh for me<3
